Layout & display rules (read before implementing)

  1. Everything in the HERO BLOCK must be visible WITHOUT scrolling on a typical Android/iOS phone screen (≥360px wide). Service name, price, charging frequency and STOP instruction — all above the fold.
  2. Service name, price, and charging frequency must be bold, horizontal, and in a font SIZE LARGER than the disclaimer text. No grey-on-white. No tiny fonts.
  3. MNO logos must NOT be used anywhere on the page (Orange, T-Mobile, Plus, Play logos are forbidden).
  4. Recommended button text: Subskrybuj (PL) / Subscribe (EN). Acceptable alternative: Kontynuuj / Continue.
  5. The disclaimer block (mandatory text below the button) can be in slightly smaller font, but still must be readable.
  6. Show the disclaimer block on the SAME page as the phone-number input — not behind a popup, not on the next step. MNO reviewers must see it before activation starts.
  7. Link to Regulamin must point to https://wowdances.com/tc (the file you'll publish from 02RegulaminwowdancesPLEN.docx).
  8. Polish version is what end-users see. English version is for QA / internal review / DIMOCO crosscheck — it's optional to show it to users, but mandatory to deliver it to DIMOCO.

Serwis wowdances to usługa subskrypcyjna, która kosztuje 12,00 PLN z VAT co 7 dni i daje nieograniczony dostęp do internetowej szkoły tańca: ponad 331 wideolekcji w 28 stylach tańca (hip-hop, shuffle, breakdance, house, contemporary, dancehall i inne), 95 utworów muzycznych z filtrem BPM oraz zaawansowanych narzędzi do nauki (tryb lustrzany, powtórka A-B, kontrola prędkości 0,25x – 2x).

Serwis dostępny jest dla telefonów komórkowych i innych urządzeń (Android 8.0+, iOS 13+), posiadających aktywną kartę SIM w sieci Orange, T-Mobile, Plus lub Play.

Opłata zostanie doliczona do Twojego rachunku u twojego Operatora (telefon na abonament) lub odliczona od środków na koncie (telefon na kartę).

Połączenie internetowe jest konieczne do korzystania z treści multimedialnych otrzymanych w ramach Serwisu. Opłaty za transmisję danych nie są wliczone w opłatę za Serwis i są pobierane przez Operatora zgodnie z aktualnym cennikiem.

Jak aktywować Serwis: wpisz swój numer telefonu, zaznacz akceptację Regulaminu i kliknij Subskrybuj. Po podaniu numeru otrzymasz wiadomość SMS z kodem PIN, który wpiszesz na następnej stronie, aby potwierdzić zamówienie. Po aktywacji otrzymasz bezpłatną wiadomość powitalną z potwierdzeniem oraz dostęp do całego serwisu.

Jak zrezygnować z Serwisu (rezygnacja jest bezpłatna, 0 zł):

> Wyślij SMS o treści STOP WOW na numer: > 80708 (Orange) lub 80425 (T-Mobile / Plus) lub 191 (Play).

Po rezygnacji otrzymasz SMS potwierdzający dezaktywację. Pozostały opłacony okres dostępu nadal będzie aktywny.

Rejestracja do Serwisu jest jednoznaczna z akceptacją Regulaminu Usługi i Polityki Prywatności.

The wowdances service is a subscription service that costs 12.00 PLN incl. VAT every 7 days and provides unlimited access to an online dance school: 331+ video lessons across 28 dance styles (hip-hop, shuffle, breakdance, house, contemporary, dancehall and more), 95 music tracks with a BPM filter, and advanced learning tools (mirror mode, A-B repeat, 0.25x – 2x speed control).

The Service is available on mobile phones and other devices (Android 8.0+, iOS 13+) with an active SIM card on Orange, T-Mobile, Plus, or Play.

The fee will be added to your account with your operator (subscription phone) or deducted from your account balance (pre-paid phone).

An internet connection is required to consume the multimedia content delivered as part of the Service. Data transmission charges are not included in the service fee and are billed by the operator according to your operator's current price list.

How to activate the Service: enter your phone number, accept the Terms & Conditions and click Subscribe. After entering your number you will receive an SMS with a PIN code which you enter on the next page to confirm the order. After activation you will receive a free welcome SMS with confirmation and immediate access to the full service.

How to cancel the Service (cancellation is free of charge, 0 PLN):

> Send an SMS with the text STOP WOW to the number: > 80708 (Orange) or 80425 (T-Mobile / Plus) or 191 (Play).

After cancellation you will receive a STOP confirmation SMS. The remaining already-paid access period stays usable.

Registration to the Service is tantamount to acceptance of the Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
